We had a few repairs at our house that needed attention before moving. Matt was extremely professional in every aspect of completing the job for us. He got the jobs done for us in a timely matter, he always cleaned up before leaving, and his price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would highly recommend Matt for any job around the house.

I would and have recommended Matthew Paul Properties to several people and have used him at both of our office locations. We have called on him multiple times. He is very skilled at a variety of things. We have been so impressed by his conscientiousness and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond if he sees something that needs to be addressed. Matt was wonderful. He was timely, polite and did a great job. He ensured I understood the work he was going to do BEFORE he started and cleaned up everything! He verified I was satisfied with the job after he was finished and completed the work quickly with days going by incomplete. Matt even came back to do a small job that was not part of the original job. Highly recommend him and will definitely use their service in the future.
